Our pieces are hand made by skilled artisans from quality materials. Each piece is individually crafted by hand and therefore there may be slight variations. We consider these variations to be individual character that should be embraced as your unique and special piece.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at alan@makersandproviders.com.au If the size is wrong, or it just doesn’t work for you as you thought it would, you are welcome to contact us to arrange for a credit note upon satisfying the below requirements. We do not offer refunds for returns.
If products are to be returned, they must be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via email at alan@makersandproviders.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please retain your Invoice / receipt in the event of any return, as we require proof of purchase before any credit note can be processed.
We are very meticulous in our packing of your order and ensure that you will receive your order in perfect condition. In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged product please email us immediately at alan@makersandproviders.com.au to arrange for a return.
If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of receipt of your order. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately after the receipt by Makers & Providers of the returned product with no extra postage charges incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a fee or replacement cost if returned products are damaged or have been used.
You are required to pay all freight charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and ship the products back to Makers & Providers for a credit note. You will also be required to pay the freight charge incurred when you redeem your credit note for a replacement product.
We can only process products purchased from our website, www.makersandproviders.com.au and provide advice on products available on our website.
